Max Padilla
Max Padilla '22 is a Photo Editor.

She began photographing for The Campus in the fall of 2018.

She specializes in sports and macro photography. While Padilla only takes digital photographs for the paper, she uses her black and white film camera on her own time.

Padilla is double majoring in neuroscience and philosophy with a concentration on the issue of consciousness. Her other academic interests include political science and physics.

In the past, she has worked at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in the Anatomic and Clinical laboratories. She spent a year interning with the head of the Pathology department learning about medical technology. She was also involved with researching ways to increase the effectiveness of medical testing related to the tissue sampling of cancer cells.

While she is not entirely sure what she wants to do next, she hopes to earn her MD/JD and become a biomedical patent lawyer after she graduates.
