Lucy Schembre (she/her/hers) is an Opinions Editor.
Lucy is a sociology major, and is thinking about minoring in computer science or English. She grew up in Seattle, WA and now lives in Orinda, California, so she'd like to think she brings a bit of laid-back, West-coast energy to the decidedly Eastern Middlebury.
Lucy loves non-human mammals, reptiles, insects, birds, and amphibians, along with good books and stupid conversations. She's learning to play the guitar but will never play it for you (too scared).
Fun Fact: When she was ten years old, her friend fell off her bunk-bed and landed on top of her, knocking her two front teeth into opposite corners of the room.
